The Midnight Archive pieces are made to order by our production partner. Nothing is pulled from warehouse stock. Each order is printed, packed, and shipped after purchase.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Production Time

Most orders are produced in 2-5 business days before they ship. During holidays, launches, or carrier delays, production can occasionally take longer.

Estimated Transit Time

After production, standard delivery usually takes 4-12 business days depending on destination, carrier volume, and package type.

Total Estimated Delivery Window

Most U.S. orders arrive within 6-17 business days from the date the order is placed. Many arrive sooner, but this wider window is the safest expectation for made-to-order wall art.

How Prints Ship

Unframed paper prints ship rolled in protective tissue and a sturdy poster tube.

Canvas and framed pieces ship protected with wrap, corner protection where applicable, and sturdy cardboard packaging.

Framed pieces arrive with hanging hardware attached or ready for immediate hanging depending on format.

30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee

For launch, every order is covered by our 30-day risk-free guarantee. If the piece does not work in your room, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will help make it right.

Damage in Transit

If a piece arrives damaged, email administrator@midnightarchiveshop.com within 14 days with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. We replace damaged pieces at no charge. You do not need to return the original unless we specifically ask.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, contact us within 14 days. We will review the carrier record and help resolve it.
