Returns and Refunds
Each piece in The Midnight Archive is made to order. We don't keep stock on a shelf; your art is printed and assembled after you place your order, then shipped directly to you. Because of this, as a policy, we don't accept returns for change of mind, sizing regret, or because a piece looks different on your wall than on your screen. If you are unsatisfied, please reach out to administrator@midnightarchiveshop.com. We want you to be satisfied your order and aim to make reasonable accomodations.
What we do cover:
- Damaged in transit. If your piece arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund the full cost. Send a photo of the damage and the packaging within 14 days of delivery to administrator@midnightarchiveshop.com.
- Print or manufacturing defect. If there's a flaw in the print, the canvas, or the framing, we will replace it or refund the full cost. Same 14-day window, same email, photo required.
- Wrong item shipped. If you receive something other than what you ordered, we make it right and will ship the right item at no further cost.
Replacements ship at no cost to you. We don't ask you to return the damaged piece, keep it, recycle it, or use the canvas frame for something else.
If you want to cancel an order, email us within 12 hours of placing it and we'll catch it before it goes into production. After that window, the order is already with our print partner and can't be pulled back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
