We read every email. Replies usually come within one to two business days, sometimes faster, occasionally slower around launches and holidays.

Order issues. Damaged in transit, lost package, wrong item: include your order number and a photo if there is damage. Details on timing and how we handle replacements are on our Shipping page.

Returns and exchanges. Our pieces are produced on demand, so we handle returns case by case. Email us and we will figure it out.

Trade and press. Interior designers, stylists, and editorial inquiries are welcome. Send a brief note about the project and we will get back to you.
